Water

We have a secret pact with our city: to love and pamper it. The privilege of being here comes with a responsibility, and we are proud to take care of it. Because we want to offer and show our guests and future visitors the best of San Sebastian. Therefore, we invite you to drink our local water, a unique water that crosses seas of valleys and mountains, enriched with minerals and other properties, making it one of the best on the peninsula.

Change of towels

As a measure of respect for the environment, towels will be changed every other day by default. If you would like an additional change of towels, please leave your towels in the bath/shower.

Change of bed linen

Bed linen is changed on alternate days. If you would like an additional change, please place the green Cooperate card on the bed in the morning.
