In case of fire

Please locate the nearest emergency exit on the floor plan. It is advisable that when you occupy the room you observe, both on the floor plan and in the corridor, where the exists and fire alarms are located.


What to do in case of fire?

If a fire breaks out in your room, notify reception immediately by calling 2804. Then leave the room and close the door behind you to prevent smoke and fire from entering the corridor.

If you hear the alarm twice, leave the room, trying to remain calm and do the following:

  1. Take your room key card in case you need to return to your room.
  2. If there is smoke in the corridor when you leave, crouch down to the floor and try to crawl to the fire exist. Never use the lift.
  3. If there is flame between you and the fire exit, first make sure there is another exit. If there is not, go back to your room and close the door to keep smoke and flames out. Place a wet towel under the door (crack).
  4. Open the window as wide as possible to air the room and signal outside by hanging a sheet out of the window, but do not try to slide out of it.
  5. Fill the bathtub with water, you may need it at some point and always have wet towels at hand.
  6. Follow the advice of hotel staff at all times.

Remember that in fires, most people are affected by smoke or gas intoxication. Therefore, it is important that you remain as calm as possible and do no forget to follow these recommendations.
